Before Use
Payment methods, pickup service and return rules differ from one Guam rental company to another. Here are the conditions for the cars you can book on this site, in the order you’ll want to check them before booking.
5 things to check before you book

Debit cards, prepaid cards and traveler’s checks are not accepted. Cash is accepted only if you take all three coverage options (CDW, ZDW and NOC) and leave a $150 deposit. |

What to bring on the day
- Driver’s license Licenses from Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other countries named in Guam law are valid for 30 days after arrival (U.S. licenses: 90 days).
- Credit card Please pay with the driver’s credit card. If the driver doesn’t have a credit card, you can pay with a card in someone else’s name, but an additional driver fee applies. Photocopies of cards are not accepted.
- Passport If the driver and the person paying are different, bring both passports.
Getting to and from the airport and hotels
From the airport to the office
The Tumon Main Office is about 1.8 miles (2.8 km) from the airport: roughly 10 minutes and about $20 by taxi. A 10–15% tip is customary.
Show your taxi receipt at the counter and $15 comes off your rental fee. (The receipt is required. Cannot be combined with other discounts.)

If your hotel isn’t listed, choose a nearby hotel and meet there on the day. From Leopalace Resort Guam, take the free shuttle to Guam Plaza Resort; from Finest Guam Golf and Resort, the free shuttle to Guam Reef Hotel.
Return rules
Return the car by the agreed time with a full tank (or, if the tank was not full at pickup, refilled to the pickup level). Show the fuel receipt when you settle up. If you can’t refuel or the tank is short, the fuel will be charged at the rental company’s standard rates. If you’ll be late, always contact the office beforehand. Extensions incur an overtime charge, and keeping the car longer without notice violates the rental agreement, making you responsible for any resulting damages.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Reservation cancellation is free up to 1 hour before departure.

Pets
Because some renters have animal allergies, pets are generally not allowed in the cars.
