Whose name does the credit card need to be in?

The credit card used for payment should be in the name of the person actually driving the car.

If the driver doesn’t have a credit card, we’ll guide you through paying an additional driver fee instead. Not everyone in a family or group has their own card, so it helps to confirm whose card will be used before you arrive.

We cannot accept a copy or photo of a credit card — please bring the physical card.
