Today I’m introducing PHO BASI VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT, a Vietnamese restaurant in Tamuning.
It’s a Vietnamese spot that’s popular with locals.
I come here on my own whenever I’m craving a hot bowl of pho.
Inside, there are about 10 tables for four.
Here’s the menu, with lots of different kinds of pho.
They serve local dishes as well as Vietnamese food.
Since I was on my own, I ordered Pho Tai Nam (pho with two cuts of beef: rare beef and flank).
Right after you order, they bring out bean sprouts and lemon.

There’s plenty of meat, and the beef is cooked just right.
The broth is rich and flavorful. I really enjoyed it.
The restaurant is very close to Alpan Beach Tower in Tamuning.

It can be a little hard to spot from the street, but it’s worth finding. Enjoy the local vibe.
