Is there a fee to cancel my reservation?

There's no cancellation fee at all as long as you cancel at least 1 hour before your pickup time.

Flight changes happen, and as long as you cancel in time, it won't cost you anything. To cancel, follow the steps in your booking confirmation email.

If your pickup is very soon and time is tight, it's best to contact the rental office directly.
