Ramen” is a new type of experiential restaurant that recreates a Korean
ramen convenience store, where you can choose from a variety of Korean instant
ramen on the spot and cook it yourself. Opened in November of last year, it’s
slowly gaining popularity.
The
restaurant has a cute, cafe-like interior with table and counter seating,
making it easy for solo diners to drop in. It’s perfect not only for lunch and
dinner, but also for a quick snack or late-night meal.
You can
choose your favorite from a wide selection of instant noodles and customize it.
With over 60 varieties of popular instant noodles that are so spicy yet so
delicious, you’ll never forget them once you try them, including Korea’s
representative Shin ramen and the extremely popular spicy instant Buldak fried
Noodles, which have gained explosive popularity overseas!
Don’t
forget to check the display above the register! While regular ramen is $7.99,
you can get a weekly special noodle for a great deal at $5.99. It’s also packed
with K Ramen information, including recommended toppings and cooking
instructions (in English only), so don’t miss it.
Many people may be unsure of what to do,
but there are instructions on how to use the cooking device, and the staff will
provide friendly support, so you can rest assured. First, put your favorite
packaged noodles in a paper container, and add as free
toppings.
The process
of making your ramen is part of the entertainment! Watching the ramen bubbling
away in the cooker is sure to whet your appetite. The most popular additional
topping is a raw egg, which you can crack perfectly using the special tongs.
There are also other toppings like cheese, spam, and tuna, so creating your
original ramen is highly recommended. Enjoy the process of mixing the noodles
and creating your unique ramen!
