Today, I’d like to introduce you to
Postcard Coffee, a mobile coffee shop that opened this summer.
Against the backdrop of Guam’s blue sky and
palm trees, the blue vehicle really stands out, looking just like a postcard.
It’s located right in front of Guam
Memorial Hospital. They’re open on weekdays from around 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
The menu features drip coffee and siphon
coffee, carefully brewed by the owner, along with various gourmet coffee
options.
Unique creations by the owner include
Matcha Coconut Coffee, Calamansi Coconut Coffee, and Orange Espresso.
Here’s the Coconut Latte. With the
delicious coffee combined with rich milk and a hint of coconut flavor, it’s the
perfect drink to enjoy under the blue sky in the morning.
On weekends, they can be found at the
morning market in Dededo. Waking up early for delicious coffee on a tropical
