We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below for important details regarding cancellation fees, no-show terms, and exceptions.
Reservation Cancellations
- You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled pickup time.
- If you cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental fee (up to a maximum of $100) will apply.
- If you do not arrive within 30 minutes after your scheduled pickup time and fail to notify us, your reservation will be marked as a no-show and automatically canceled. A no-show will also incur a fee of 100% of the rental fee (up to $100).

Exceptions
We understand that unexpected delays may occur. If your delay is due to circumstances beyond your control, such as flight delays, lost luggage, or extended wait times at immigration, please contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
