Today, I visited the Islander Terrace inside the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa. It is a casual buffet restaurant that is popular with locals.
Hilton Guam Resort has a very large parking lot, but it is often crowded. On weekends, it can be hard to find a parking spot.
If you have a reservation, it's a good idea to arrive a little earlier and park first.
After parking, when you enter the hotel from the main entrance, you will see the Islander Terrace at the bottom of the stairs.

Here is the salad bar. You can also find dishes like chicken kelaguen and macaroni salad.
The Caprese salad with tomato and mozzarella cheese was very delicious.
There is rice, mussel dishes, beef stew, shrimp dishes, and a pasta-making station.
The main menu includes macaroni & cheese, broccoli, vegetable soup, grilled steak and shrimp, corn, juice, and various sauces.
Here are the desserts. There are many kinds, and they are all delicious.
The fruits are mango, melon, and orange, and I also found soft-serve ice cream.
Before the meal, I told the staff that it was my birthday, and they prepared a birthday cake for me!
The buffet at Islander Terrace offers a wide variety of food, so you will have a hard time choosing what to eat. The tropical atmosphere outside the big windows also gives a great Guam vibe!
