Chamorro Village Night Market

Hello
Today, I visited the Chamorro Village Night Market, which takes place every Wednesday. It gets crowded with people as soon as it opens at 5:30 PM.

There is parking near Chamorro Village, but it's always full during the night market. There are many parking spaces across the street, so if you're driving a rental car, it's convenient to park across the street and walk over.

As you enter, you'll find a central courtyard where you can eat or rest.

After passing the entrance, there are shops selling accessories.

As you walk by, you’ll see a BBQ restaurant. It seems there aren’t any customers there yet.

As you proceed, you'll come across various food stalls and food trucks selling different kinds of food.

The entire night market features food and souvenirs. It’s fun and exciting to visit for the first time, with lots of cute items and delicious food.

Various drinks and corn dogs are also sold. There’s a shop with coconut candy and large turkey legs. I saw people eating these, and if you want to experience the feeling of a successful hunter, I recommend trying one (laughs).

There are also shops selling T-shirts with the Guam logo, Island-style shirts, and dresses. There are many such shops, so it might be a good idea to compare and choose.

There are climbing activities and rides for kids. Climbing seems to be quite popular.

Here, there are also stalls selling drinks and food. It seems you can use Pacific Islands Club (PIC) coupons here. If you're staying at PIC, be sure to take advantage of this.

The most famous is Chris BBQ. They cook so much that the smoke obscures the view, and it’s the most popular. There are two locations within the venue, so you might want to choose the one with fewer people. I bought 10 pork BBQ skewers and took them home to eat.

This is a stall selling coconuts and drinks. The coconuts are popular. After drinking the coconut water, they cut the flesh into easy-to-eat pieces. It's really delicious when dipped in wasabi soy sauce. If you haven’t tried it, I recommend it.

So, I visited the Chamorro Village Night Market, which is held every Wednesday. If your Guam travel plans include a Wednesday, I recommend visiting. Even though it was rainy on the day I went, it was still very crowded. Since it’s hot and crowded, wearing comfortable clothes is a good idea.

Have a wonderful trip to Guam!
