Today I came to the buffet restaurant "La Seine" located on the lobby floor of Lotte Hotel Guam.
La Seine in Lotte Hotel Guam is the main dining of the hotel. It is right on the right side as soon as you enter the hotel’s entrance.
At La Seine, there are tables not only inside the restaurant but also in the lobby area. Since it is the end of the year, there seem to be more tables than usual.
Here is the food.
Mango shrimp salad, stir-fried squid, broccoli crab stick salad, Oriental-style tofu.
Pesto pasta, spicy mussels, pickled turnip, garlic shoots, napa cabbage kimchi, flavored perilla leaves.
Red rice, grilled mussels, potato gratin, spicy corn cheese.
There is a salad corner and unlimited crab.
There is also a coffee machine and a drink corner.
Next are the main dishes.
Two types of soup. Spicy seasoned chicken and garlic butter fish.
Steamed short ribs, teriyaki salmon, LA grilled ribs, grilled mussels.
It’s delicious.
Mashed potatoes and sizzling steak.
Ramen and shrimp tempura, onion tempura, takoyaki.
And garlic butter lobster, served one at a time.
Next are the foods in the outdoor space.
Sushi corner and roast suckling pig.
Various rolls.
Cakes and other desserts.
There are also fruits and vegetables.
They are also doing a traditional Chamorro performance.
Since it’s the end of the year, there were many people, but there was never a shortage of food or empty spaces.
The variety was great, and it was a very satisfying dinner.
